There are four plans. For businesses: Business at €25 a month for up to 2 entities, and Business Plus at €49 for up to 6. For accountants: Practice at €59 for up to 10, and Firm at €149 for up to 40. Prices are per month, billed monthly, in euro excluding VAT, and every plan has unlimited users.

14 days of everything in Practice, with up to 10 entities and 50 Capture documents, and no card needed. We'll also set you up on a free onboarding call if you'd like one. When it ends, pick a plan to keep going. Your workbooks stay in Excel; reports stop refreshing until you subscribe.

Each set of books you connect in Xero, QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books counts as one entity, however many people on your team use it.

Yes, on every paid plan. Each extra entity costs about what an entity in your plan costs: €13 on Business, €6 on Business Plus, €6 on Practice and €4 on Firm, with 10 more Capture documents a month. Business goes up to 3 entities in total, Business Plus 10, Practice 24 and Firm 100. Past that, the next plan costs less or gives you more. For more than 100 entities, talk to us and we'll price a plan for you.

One bill, receipt or invoice that Rows reads. A PDF of ten receipts counts as ten, reading the same bill again counts again, and one Rows can't read doesn't count. If you run out, add a top-up of 50, 100 or 200 documents a month. Unused documents don't roll over.

Yes. The Capture documents in your plan are one monthly allowance for all your entities, not a set number for each. Use them wherever the bills arrive: all 250 on one entity in Business Plus, say, or a few on each. Documents from extra entities and top-ups go into the same allowance.

A data copy is a full copy of one Xero or QuickBooks Online entity, for the dates you choose. Copies come in one-off bundles, from Data 1 (2 copies, €100) to Data 250 (250 copies, €2,500), on any paid plan. Bundles last 12 months, and each copy arrives as a download link that works for 7 days. Over 250 copies, we'll put together a custom package.

Yes. Plans are billed monthly, with no annual contract. Move up, down or cancel from the Rows portal.

Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Business plans are for a business, or a group, running its own books, so they come with more Capture documents for each entity. Accountant plans are for practices and firms that look after clients’ books, so they come with more entities. Every plan has AI Assist, Rows MCP, Capture mode and every integration. Yes. Every plan, the trial included, connects to Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books, and you can mix them: a Xero client and a QuickBooks Online client count as two entities.
