Yes. Rows pulls Xero Practice Manager jobs, time and client billing into Excel and posts changes back. Your AI tool can ask about them through Rows MCP too.
Can I connect Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books in one account?
Yes. One Rows sign-in holds your Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books entities in one list. Switch between them from the menu in the Rows pane.
Does every plan include every integration?
Yes. Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books and every other connection on this page come with every Rows plan.
Which versions of Excel does Rows work with?
Excel for Windows and Excel for Mac. Rows is an Office add-in, installed once from Microsoft Marketplace.
Which AI tools work with Rows MCP?
Any AI tool that supports MCP, including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Cursor. Inside Excel, AI Assist in the Rows pane answers the same questions with no other tool open.
Can I post back to Zoho Books?
No. On Zoho Books, Rows runs reports and pulls records into Excel, and you refresh them in one click. Posting back works on Xero and QuickBooks Online.
